The Sports Fans Choice Awards® are produced annually by SPP Sports. These programs pay tribute to each City's most outstanding pro athletes. The shows are produced in Chicago, LA, Denver, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Detroit, Dallas and Boston.

Balloting for MVP and Rising Star, as well as applications for Jr Achievers and Hometown Heroes take place at select local retailers and online at www.sppsport.com.
